Talent Builder™: Keeping Your Best
Talent Builder is a hands-on program that gives managers and team leaders the tools, skills and confidence they need to identify, nurture and retain talented people. The two-day program help managers understand the business case for retaining talented people and introduce them to five management practices fundamental to employee development. This program also includes a self-assessment of each manager's current skill level - and offers a structure for not only identifying individual employee retention risk, but for practising new communication techniques to address them.
