David Wee is Managing Director for Lee Hecht Harrison’s Malaysia and Singapore operations, based out of Singapore.

David joined Lee Hecht Harrison in 2005 with over 20 years experience in working with multinational organizations, including the recruitment and executive search sector. During his career, David, who is highly experienced in mentoring and coaching people, has helped hundreds of job seekers to make their next career move.

David works closely with companies that are facing increasing pressures on their businesses resulting from demographic shifts, productivity demands and changing global business requirements. He regularly leads teams in providing consulting services to large multinational companies that are embarking upon corporate restructuring initiatives that are highly complex from both a business and people perspective.

With his knowledge of workplace and human resource trends, David is regularly called upon by the media to provide authoritative and credible comment about organizations going through change and individuals in career transition. He is a widely respected figure within the human resources community.
David, who is married with two children, is based at the Lee Hecht Harrison Singapore headquarters on Robinson Road.
