Employee Engagement
This program addresses the challenges associated with ensuring that all employees feel appropriately acknowledged and valued on the job. Employee Engagement does not rely on activities focused on more typical rewards and recognition programs and processes that are often already implemented but do not seem to positively impact outcomes. Instead Employee Engagement relies on the skills and techniques necessary to consistently drive open, authentic interactions that provide day to day reinforcement and validation.
The program provides a series of best practices and skill building opportunities that enables participants to engage their staff in a manner that resonates meaningfully with each individual employee. It promotes a consistent process, builds a common language and at the same time encourages each leader to implement practices that are practical in their specific environment. The overall objective of the Employee Engagement is not just improved employee poll scores but overall improvement in organizational performance by whatever metrics are currently in place.
Who should attend?
Supervisors, managers, directors and any leaders who are dedicated to increase employee poll satisfaction scores and improve the overall morale and commitment of their team, work group and/or organization.
